• การวางแผนล่วงหน้า (Pre-Need Planning) สำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการออกแบบพิธีของตนเอง
• Pre-Need Planning for individuals wishing to design their own farewell
• บริการที่ปรึกษาเบื้องต้น (ฟรี ไม่ผูกมัด)
• Initial consultation (complimentary and without obligation)

การปรึกษาครั้งแรกไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายและไม่ถือเป็นข้อผูกมัดในการใช้บริการ ข้อเสนอราคาจะออกแยกต่างหากและต้องได้รับการยืนยันก่อนเริ่มดำเนินการ

The initial consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation to proceed. A separate quotation will be issued and must be confirmed before any service commences.

การจองและการยืนยัน

Booking & Confirmation

• การจองจะสมบูรณ์เมื่อท่านลงนามในสัญญาการให้บริการ และชำระเงินมัดจำตามที่ตกลง
• A booking is confirmed upon execution of the Service Agreement and payment of the agreed deposit
• เราสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธหรือยกเลิกการจองหากเกิดสถานการณ์ที่อยู่เกินการควบคุม (Force Majeure) หรือหากข้อมูลที่ให้ไว้ไม่ถูกต้อง
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking in cases of Force Majeure or if information provided is found to be materially inaccurate
• วันและเวลาพิธีจะถูก lock ก็ต่อเมื่อมีการยืนยันเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรและชำระมัดจำแล้วเท่านั้น
• Ceremony dates and times are secured only upon written confirmation and deposit receipt

ค่าบริการและการชำระเงิน

Fees & Payment

ค่าบริการของเราถูกกำหนดตามขอบเขตและรายละเอียดของแต่ละโครงการ ไม่มีแพ็กเกจสำเร็จรูป ทุกข้อเสนอราคาจะระบุ:

Our fees are project-specific — there are no fixed packages. Every quotation will clearly specify:

• ค่าบริการ Concierge ของเรา (แยกจากค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้ให้บริการภายนอก)
• Our concierge fee (separated from third-party provider costs)
• ค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้ให้บริการภายนอก เช่น วัด ดอกไม้ รถ (pass-through at cost)
• Third-party provider costs such as temple, florals, transport (passed through at cost)
• กำหนดการชำระเงิน: มัดจำ 50% เมื่อยืนยัน · ส่วนที่เหลือก่อนวันพิธี
• Payment schedule: 50% deposit on confirmation · balance due before the ceremony date

การชำระเงินรับผ่าน: โอนเงินธนาคาร, PromptPay และวิธีอื่นตามที่ตกลง ราคาทั้งหมดเป็นสกุลเงินบาท (THB) และรวม VAT แล้ว (ถ้ามี)

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PromptPay, and other agreed methods. All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable VAT.

การยกเลิกและการเปลี่ยนแปลง

Cancellation & Changes

เราเข้าใจดีว่าสถานการณ์เกี่ยวกับการจากไปของคนรักเป็นสิ่งที่คาดเดาไม่ได้เสมอ จึงพิจารณาการยกเลิกเป็นรายกรณีด้วยความเห็นอกเห็นใจ โดยมีแนวทางทั่วไปดังนี้:

We understand that circumstances surrounding a loved one's passing are inherently unpredictable. Cancellations are reviewed case by case with compassion, with the following general guidelines:

• ยกเลิกก่อนเริ่มดำเนินการ: คืนมัดจำเต็มจำนวน หักค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นจริง
• Cancellation before work commences: Full deposit refund less any costs already incurred
• ยกเลิกระหว่างดำเนินการ: คืนค่าบริการส่วนที่ยังไม่ได้ดำเนินการ ตามการประเมินร่วมกัน
• Cancellation mid-process: Refund of unrendered services portion, assessed jointly
• การเปลี่ยนแปลงขอบเขต: ปรับราคาตามข้อตกลงเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรก่อนดำเนินการเพิ่มเติม
• Scope changes: Repriced by written agreement before additional work proceeds

ค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้ให้บริการภายนอก (วัด ดอกไม้ รถ) ที่ชำระไปแล้วในนามของท่านอาจไม่สามารถคืนได้ ขึ้นอยู่กับนโยบายของผู้ให้บริการนั้นๆ

Third-party costs (temple, florals, transport) already paid on your behalf may be non-refundable depending on the provider's own policy.

ความรับผิดชอบและข้อจำกัด

Liability & Limitations

• เราดำเนินการด้วยมาตรฐานความใส่ใจสูงสุด แต่ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อเหตุการณ์ที่อยู่เกินการควบคุม เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ การประท้วง ข้อจำกัดทางกฎหมาย หรือความล้มเหลวของผู้ให้บริการภายนอกที่พ้นจากความประมาทเลินเล่อ
• We operate to the highest standard of care but accept no liability for events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disaster, civil disruption, regulatory restriction, or failure of third-party providers beyond our negligence
• ความรับผิดชอบสูงสุดของเราจำกัดอยู่ที่มูลค่าค่าบริการ Concierge ที่ได้รับชำระแล้ว (ไม่รวมค่าใช้จ่ายผู้ให้บริการภายนอก)
• Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the concierge fee paid (excluding third-party provider costs)
• เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายพิเศษ หรือความเสียหายที่เป็นผลตามมา
• We accept no liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages

ภาพถ่ายจากพิธีที่เราจัดให้เป็นทรัพย์สินร่วมกันของเราและครอบครัว การใช้ภาพดังกล่าวในสื่อสาธารณะต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากทุกฝ่าย

Photography from ceremonies we coordinate is jointly owned by us and the family. Use of such images in public-facing media requires consent from all parties.
