This policy explains how Graceful Transition · ดุสิตาภิรมย์ ("the Company", "we") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

• Website usage data: IP address, device type, pages visited (via anonymous analytics only)

เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลบัตรเครดิต รหัสผ่าน หรือข้อมูลสุขภาพโดยตรงผ่านเว็บไซต์

We do not collect credit card numbers, passwords, or health information directly through this website.

In all cases, external providers receive only what is strictly necessary and are contractually prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

NDA และการรักษาความลับ

NDA & Confidentiality

Every team member, including any engaged external providers, signs an individual NDA before joining any engagement.

Data Security

• Data submitted via our website form is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS throughout transmission

• Ceremony planning data is stored in access-controlled, password-protected systems

• Legacy Documents (Pre-Need Planning) are stored encrypted and accessible only to the assigned concierge team and your family

• No sensitive information is transmitted via unencrypted channels such as plain email or SMS

Your Rights Under PDPA

Under the PDPA, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

การเก็บรักษาและลบข้อมูล

Retention & Deletion

• ข้อมูลผู้ที่สอบถามแต่ไม่ได้ใช้บริการ — เก็บ 6 เดือน แล้วลบ
• Enquiries that did not proceed to a service — retained 6 months, then deleted
• ข้อมูลโครงการที่เสร็จสิ้น — เก็บ 5 ปี ตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย และ Legacy Document ที่ครอบครัวร้องขอ
• Completed project records — retained 5 years as required by law, and Legacy Documents as requested by the family
• ข้อมูลการวางแผนล่วงหน้า (Pre-Need) — เก็บจนกว่าจะได้รับคำสั่งให้ลบจากครอบครัว หรือจนกว่าจะเสร็จสิ้นการใช้งาน
• Pre-Need planning records — retained until instructed to delete by the family or until the engagement concludes
